Government solicitations score the experience of the whole team, including experience earned in earlier roles. With your written permission, we name you in a proposal, attach your resume and list the plans you completed, credited to you and the organization you did them for, with your role stated accurately. We never present your work as work the firm performed.
Small firms may join a specific proposal as a named subconsultant, with Okla Risk Advisors as prime, under a teaming agreement covering scope, rates, exclusivity for that solicitation and nondisclosure.
